About YogaFrogs
YogaFrogs developed when we found that there was plenty of 'Adult Yoga' around. Our Adult Yoga is Bikram Yoga- you know the one with the heat! Which, as much as we love it, isn't really for the younger children between 6 and 12 years old. YogaFrogs and YogaTeens contains no extra heat!
Our Studio Director, Nathan, being a school teacher, was constantly asked to give yoga classes at his schools as part of the fitness program. With his strong knowledge of the Bikram Yoga series he went to train in Children's Yoga to help develop classes in his local area.
Many adults that come to Nathan's Bikram studio ask to bring their kids. We don't have a creche so they ask us to add children's classes to the already busy schedule of adult classes. So the plan is to have both running side by side, so that parents can do Bikram yoga and the children can do YogaFrogs- helping to create healthy, happy families!
